Lemon Jet

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Lemon Jet ("we", "us") is a non-custodial, on-chain game running on the Base network. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use lemonjet.xyz (the "Service") and the choices you have.

1. No custody and optional quest registration

The game does not require a conventional account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number. We never hold your funds or private keys. If you join quests, a wallet signature creates a pseudonymous quest participant record for that public address. The signature does not submit a transaction or spend gas.

2. Information we process

  • Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, your public address is used to display balances, game history, referral status and to build transactions you sign.
  • On-chain data. Bets, outcomes and vault operations are recorded on the Base blockchain. Blockchain data is public, permanent and outside of our control — we read it, we cannot delete it.
  • Quest and social data. For quest participants we store the public wallet address, participant and referral codes, quest submissions, points ledger, moderation state and referral click totals. When you submit an X post, we may also store its post ID, current handle and stable X user ID to verify ownership and prevent one social account from claiming rewards for multiple participants.
  • Public linkage. A quest post includes your participant code. Submitting it means your wallet, code and X account may be publicly and permanently linked. Removing or renaming the X account later does not erase records already published or audited.
  • Usage analytics. We use Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). Yandex Metrica and Microsoft Clarity also record anonymised session replays and heatmaps of interface interactions. Analytics runs only if you accept cookies in the consent banner and is disabled on participant quest and moderator routes.
  • Local storage. Interface preferences, referral codes from links you open, and your cookie choice are stored in your browser and never leave your device.

3. Cookies

The game works without an account cookie. Quest registration and referrals use essential quest session and referral cookies so the server can authenticate the signed wallet and preserve first-touch attribution. These cookies are secure, httpOnly and partitioned for supported embedded clients. Moderator access uses a separate essential, strict, four-hour moderator session cookie. Analytics cookies are set only after you press "Accept" in the cookie banner.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: reopen the banner with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and choose "Decline". We delete the analytics cookies already on your device and reload the page without the trackers.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on infrastructure providers that may process your IP address and request metadata to deliver their functionality:

  • Base public RPC — low-priority native balance reads;
  • Alchemy — Base RPC and indexed wallet data;
  • WalletConnect / Reown — wallet connection relays;
  • The Graph — indexed game history;
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and Turnstile anti-automation checks;
  • Yandex Metrica — usage analytics (with your consent);
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics (with your consent);
  • Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and session replays (with your consent).

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Your wallet application (e.g. MetaMask, Base App, Rainbow) also has its own policy.

5. Data retention

Quest records, points ledger entries and append-only audit events are retained for campaign integrity, fraud review and allocation disputes. Session and referral records expire under their configured lifetimes. Analytics data is retained by Yandex, Google and Microsoft under their own terms. Data stored in your browser stays there until you clear it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Public blockchain records, public X posts and append-only integrity logs may not be erasable without undermining other participants' allocations. You can still disconnect your wallet, withdraw analytics consent in "Cookie settings", clear browser storage, or contact us about server-held quest data.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced on our social channels.
